2. Account Rules
To access premium features (e.g., save progress, multiplayer co-op), you must create an account with accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (username, password) and all activities under your account.
Account sharing, lending, or transferring to third parties is prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts for unauthorized access or sharing.

3. User Conduct & Gameplay
You agree to use the Services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited actions include:
Modifying, hacking, or reverse-engineering the game software or using cheats, bots, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
Sharing or posting spoilers, game walkthroughs, or confidential content (e.g., unreleased updates) without our permission.
Harassing, insulting, or intimidating other players (e.g., toxic chat in co-op modes) or our staff.
Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful content through the Services.
Infringing on third-party intellectual property (e.g., using copyrighted music in custom game mods).
4. Purchases & Virtual Content
Virtual content (e.g., character skins, mission packs, in-game tools) is licensed to you, not sold. You have no ownership rights, and virtual items cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged unless required by law.
Refunds are granted only in cases of technical failures (e.g., content not downloading) and must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove virtual content at any time, with or without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services (e.g., game code, graphics, storylines, trademarks) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Service content without our explicit written permission.
User-generated content (e.g., custom mods, fan art shared on our forums) remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content in connection with the Services.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services (e.g., loss of save data, account suspension, or device damage), even if we are advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the past 12 months (or $20 if no payments were made).
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your account and associated data may be deleted (subject to data retention laws), and you lose access to virtual content.

8. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through arbitration in Brooklyn, NY, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you waive the right to a class action lawsuit.
